How long will it take for my order to ship and arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Any exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. For full details, please see our Return & Refund Policy.

Do you offer free returns?

We cover return shipping costs for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. For all other returns, including buyer’s remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel my order?

If your item is damaged:

  1. Note the damage on the delivery form if possible (or write “suspect damage”).

  2. Take photos of the item and packaging.

  3. Email the photos to support@venturegearoutdoor.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

Can I change my order after placing it?
