Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $200.
Shipping costs for orders under $200 will be calculated at checkout.
Order Processing

Orders placed by 6:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday will begin processing the same day.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 4–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Freight Shipments

Some items (such as rooftop tents) require freight shipping via third-party carriers.

Freight orders are delivered via 18-wheeler trucks and include curbside delivery only.

If your order qualifies for freight shipping, we’ll contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Please ensure you provide a valid phone number at checkout so our carrier can coordinate delivery.
