Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags

Must include proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
Return Process

If approved, we’ll send instructions for mailing your item.

Important: Do not return items without prior approval — they will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping and send a pre-paid label via email.

For all other returns (e.g., buyer’s remorse), the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
